It will give full play to the Fujian Normal University’s human resources, scientific research and technology development strength, in the meantime it will play the advantage of cooperative enterprise’s product experience, and market, Pay attention to close combination for the technology development and the practical application. Invent optical instrument \ photoelectric detection technologies and equipments \ mechanical-electrical integration technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights which meet the market. Through the transfer of technology, technical cooperation and other means to achieve industrialization, which enhances cooperation between enterprises and schools to rise the core technology and product competition, furthermore to enhance their strength in science and technology, also it provides a good development platform for fostering technology applications talents much needed for the market. It can be said that the joint laboratory will be a great promotion in the innovation for the cooperation of the two sides.
     
    In the near three years future, both sides will invent 250,000,000 RMB totally to purchase the equipment for the joint laboratory bases to the fundamental of resource share, learn from other’s strong points to offset one’s weakness. It can be foreseen through this cooperation that in the near future our company’s new production research, talents’ culture and technology innovation will be a great promotion.
